Willem van Zwet was supervisor of sixteen PhD students. All them pursued academic careers and most became full professor. Below are some stories students Wim Albers, Cees Diks, Ronald Does, Marta Fiocco, Sara de Geer, Mathisca Gunst, Chris Klaassen, Hein Putter, Aad der Vaart, Marten Wegkamp Martien Zuijlen with in addition a contribution by Nelly Litvak who guided after her PhD.
